The Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, Ms. Rozeta Hajdari, together with the Prime Minister, Mr. Albin Kurti, signed in Davos the Free Trade Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the EFTA countries.
The Free Trade Agreement with the EFTA member states includes very important chapters for expanding economic cooperation and further strengthening Kosovo's partnership with the EFTA member states, starting from the chapter on trade in goods, trade in services, intellectual property rights, trade facilitation, competition and trade in sustainable development.
Minister Hajdari emphasizes that, unlike the countries in the region, which have previously signed such an agreement, the Republic of Kosovo is the only country in the region that, in addition to the chapter on trade in goods, has also negotiated the chapter on trade in services in this agreement!
Minister Hajdari congratulated the local manufacturing and service industry, diligent entrepreneurs and all citizens for this historic step for the economy and trade of the Republic of Kosovo!
