Secretary General of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Burim Rreci and the representative of the German Organization for International Cooperation Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, Mark Barret have signed a Memorandum of Understanding in supporting the Ministry of Trade and Industry in the implementation of the European agenda.
The main objective of the GIZ project "Supporting the European Integration Process in Kosovo" is to support the ministry to coordinate the planning and implementation of the Stabilization Association Agreement (SAA) through SAA structures.
The Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA) and the National Program for the Implementation of the SAA (NPISAA) determine a set of local preparations and duties for the European integration process in many aspects in which the Ministry of Trade and Industry has an important role and such support is welcomed to realize the ministry's objectives for this process.
