Clarification by the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) regarding media reports dated 30.08.2019 on the agreement between the Municipality of Prishtina, the Islamic Community of Kosovo (ICK) and MTI for funeral services.
Through this explanation, the Ministry of Trade and Industry informs the public that there is no such agreement between ICK, the Municipality of Prishtina and MTI regarding funeral services, as reported today in the electronic media.
Such services are not regulated within the scope of MTI and are not its competence.
Therefore, this may be a technical error by the reporting media regarding the MTI involvement.
