The Ministry of Trade and Industry, namely the Kosovo Investment and Enterprise Support Agency (KIESA), has announced the Top Enterprises of the Year 2018.
The Acknowledgments were given by the Minister of Trade and Industry, Endrit Shala based on the regions of Kosovo.
Minister Shala said that such a thing is organized annually, in order to give the businesses some support and moral for their work and engagement in our country.
“This is just a symbolic thing in comparison to what you deserve as a business community. Distributing these Acknowledgements is a contribution of what you have given to our well-being, employment, technology, innovation and accountability to society.
The Minister has shown that within the MTI through its unit, the KIESA Agency are also developed several other projects that support the strengthening of domestic production.
Shala mentioned the activities that will be supported by MTI-KIESA:
- subsidizing manufacturing machinery,
- product certification schemes, through which your products will be certified and accepted internationally, this will be supported by the World Bank project during 2019
- counseling schemes, this will also be supported by the World Bank project in 2019.
- organization of national and international fairs, where our companies are offered to participate in them and expose their products to the European and wider markets.
- providing plots within the economic zones for a period of 99 years, as well as many other activities.
Minister Shala has encouraged businesses to follow MTI activities, and apply to be part of them.
“Once again, we remind you that MTI will always be alongside businesses and will advocate both in domestic and international institutions for solving their problems, "said Minister Shala.
