In order to protect consumers and to inform businesses as partners to economic development, the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) notifies all businesses (hypermarkets), operating in the commercial network in the Republic of Kosovo, that based on concerns raised and numerous customer complaints at the Department of Consumer Protection at MTI, from 19.12.2017 to 31.12.2017, will organize an inspection campaign at all hypermarket throughout the country.
This inspection is aimed at verification of the real situation of prices of products displayed at shelves and the prices at the cash register.
