We would like to inform that all Private Enterprises that provide public services in institutions and municipalities have the opportunity to apply for a loan from measure 1.10.2 of the Emergency Fiscal Package.
The application can be done at the MEETIESI offices, until 22.05.2020.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEASURE 1.10.2 OF EMERGENCY FISCAL PACKAGES
According to the Operational Plan of the Emergency Fiscal Package, measure 1.10.2 can benefit private enterprises that provide public services that have financial difficulties due to the emergency public health situation. In order to ensure liquidity for coping with operating costs, enterprises are offered interest-free loan, with a return until 31.12.2020.
To apply for this measure, enterprises must prepare the following documents, addressed to the Ministry of Economy, Employment, Trade, Industry, Entrepreneurship and Strategic Investments.
Documents to be submitted:
1. Application
2. Balance sheet for the last three years
3. Income statement for the last three years
4. Cash flow for the last three years
5. Budget plans for incomes and expenditures for 2018, 2019, 2020
6. List of employees and salaries
7. Cash card and cash items (cash register, bank statements, securities
tradable in cash)
8. Monthly incomes realized for each month of 2020
9. Operating costs realised for each month of 2020
10. Costs that are as a consequence of COVID-19 (here you can set
expenses which are not common but which have occured only as a
result of COVID-19)
The abovementioned documents should be submited printed adressed to the Cabinet of the Minister, in the MEETIESI offices.
