During the month of June this year, the total number of visitors to the Republic of Kosovo has increased by 29 percent, compared to June of last year.
It is worth noting that of the total number of visitors, 60.98 percent were foreign, while 39.02 percent were local.
According to the Kosovo Agency of Statistics, statistics in the field of Hospitality for June 2023 show a 13.3 percent increase in foreign visitors, compared to June 2022.
In total, there were 29,317 foreign visitors, of which the largest number was from: Albania, Germany, Turkey, Switzerland, etc.
Visits are recorded from stays in the hotels of the Republic of Kosovo, while daily visits are not included in these records, therefore if they are calculated, the percentage would be much higher.
