The procurement procedure for the project "Establishment of the Digital Excellence Centre" was conducted before the merge of the Ministries.

The person responsible in this case, Mr. Bexhet Asllanaj, has been appointed for the development of new procedures, until the completion of the restructuring process. Mr. Selami Berisha with an appointment act is the head of the procurement division (MED) and licensed to conduct procurement procedures, therefore the signing of this contract No. 213-19-8877-1-1-1 by Mr. Selami Berisha, who by appointment act is the head of the procurement division, is in accordance with the legal provisions in force.
