At the proposal of the Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, Rozeta Hajdari, today at the 96th meeting of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, was repealed the Decision No. 09/69 on the temporary ban on the export and re-export of essential agro-food products, dated 13.04.2022
The proposal of the Ministry of Industry, Enterprise and Trade for the repeal of this decision came as a result of regular data on a daily basis from the relevant institutions such as Kosovo Customs and the Market Inspectorate. Based on these evidences, it is proven that essential food products are constantly being imported to the market of Kosovo and that there is no stagnation in the supply, specifically of basic agro-food products.
The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, with the measures and actions taken, is committed to supporting the private sector through the advancement of policies, improvement of legislation and supporting instruments, aiming to increase competitiveness and economic stability of local producers.
