Also, the establishment of a working group on drafting the four-year programme on consumer protection in our country, took place during this meeting.
While the Department of Consumer Protection presented the report with statistics on the number of complaints, their type, as well as information regarding the handling of these complaints.
The Ministry remains committed to protecting consumer rights and addressing any of their concerns in a fair and transparent manner.
