The Minister of the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, Ms. Rozeta Hajdari, signed three (3) Administrative Instructions on 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐬:
Administrative Instruction No. 05/2024 on the Content of the Feasibility Study for Industrial and Technological Parks.
Administrative Instruction No. 07/2024 on Setting the Method of Administration and Management of Industrial and Technological Parks.
Administrative Instruction No. 08/202, on Determining the Method of Selecting Users, the Form and Content for the Contract for using Industrial and Technological Parks.
Through these signed Administrative Instructions, the fiscal, technological, legal, environmental and administrative justifications of the feasibility study for the establishment of the Industrial and Technological Parks are defined, and consequently, the method of selecting users, the form and content of the contract, the administration and management of Industrial and Technological Parks in our country.
With purpose of constructing and making fully operational the Industrial and Technological Parks, he Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, through the new legislative reform and capital investments, aims to:
Encourage investments,
Promote advanced technologies, manufacturing and processing activities, innovation, and value-added services,
Increase employment and training,
Facilitate employment and training,
Increase competitiveness and exports.
