By signing the Ordinance No. 6016 by the Minister of Trade and Industry Vesel Krasniqi for the postponement of tourist services, tourist entities are ordered that through coupons (vouchers) or equivalent documents enable the consumers to:
- postpone prepaid or booked tourist services until 31 December 2021, for tourists who have not been able to travel due to the COVID-19 pandemic;
- replace packages with packages of the same or higher quality to the consumers whose tourist packages have been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic; and if the packages are replaced with lower quality packages, consumer should be reimbursed for the price difference;
- the transfer of rights from persons who cannot travel to other persons must be done by agreement of the parties.
At the same time, this ordinance repeals the Ordinance 2241, dated 18.05.2020.
