Meters that were found to have time discrepancies were withdrawn from service and brought for verification to the Kosovo Metrology Agency.
The results of the first meter verifications are expected to be released soon and the public will be informed in due time.
The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade and Innovation, specifically the Department for Consumer Protection, called on all citizens who submit complaints to the electronic address konsumatori@rks-gov.net, to attach their telephone number and residential address, so that verification can be carried out as quickly as possible.
