Organized by the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, on April 30, 2022, a meeting was held with the delegation consisting of 50 businesses from the Young Entrepreneurs Association of the Federal Republic of Germany, in the Innovation and Training Park in Prizren (ITP).
The Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, Rozeta Hajdari, has welcomed and informed the German entrepreneurs closely about the conditions that Kosovo offers for foreign investments as well as the good cooperation and healthy partnership between the Republic of Kosovo and the Federal Republic of Germany.
Minister Hajdari stressed that Kurti Government is working on regulating innovation policies and legislation and that aims to create the conditions for providing more space to young entrepreneurs with innovative business concepts, while creativity comes from the bottom up and that creativity and innovation help to develop of new ways to upgrade an existing product or service to optimize the business.
Minister Hajdari added that innovation is a catalyst for transformation and that the Republic of Kosovo needs to strengthen the innovative ecosystem and transform the way of production, processing and sale of products and services, based on industrial, technological and economic modernization.
While Mrs. Sarna Röser, the head of the Association of Young Entrepreneurs, said that young entrepreneurs have met a very dynamic and young country, where the creative start-up mentality is known everywhere. Thanking Kosovar businesses for their knowledge of their daily work, she added that Kosovo offers attractive opportunities and potentials for German companies and concluded her speech by saying that they are excited for the future.
At the end of the meeting, meetings were held between Kosovar and German businesses, which had the opportunity to discuss opportunities for cooperation.
After the meeting, participants paid a visit to the company "Stone Castle".
