After the report of the commission for the reverification of the files in the Kosovo Business Registration Agency (KBRA) and the further review of the list of 48 businesses with unconstitutional content, the KBRA has hitherto revoked 15 business registration certificates.
During their registration, business associations have submitted documents with content contrary to the constitutional principles and laws in force in the Republic of Kosovo.
The following 15 business associations, in the documentation of the owners or authorized representatives, have unconstitutional content as follows: "Pec, Republika Srbija"; "Pec, SRB"; "Gnjilane, Srbija"; "Pristina, Srbija"; "Djakovica, Republika Srbija,"; "Kosovska Mitrovica, Republika Srbija" etc.
For the sake of informing the citizens, below is the list of business associations that have submitted for registration documentation that violates the Republic of Kosovo, whose business certificate has been revoked by KBRA:

Certificates of business associations which have been identified conducting the same or similar violations, will continue to be revoked in the following days.
In the meantime, KBRA has continued with the registration of new businesses which have applied according to legal requirements, with valid documents and content in accordance with the constitution. Only for the last two days, that is, on August 7 and 8, 2023, a total of 86 new business associations were registered at the office counters of KBRA, of which 33 are individual businesses (I.B.) and 53 businesses are limited liability companies (L.L.C.).
KBRA remains committed to providing fast and safe services to businesses operating in the Republic of Kosovo, but always making sure that during this process the constitution and laws in force in the Republic of Kosovo are complied with.
