Motto: EMPOWERING TOMORROW AND SHAPING THE FUTURE
World Accreditation Day is marked on June 9 every year. This year, this day reaffirms the role and importance of accreditation as a key tool for empowering tomorrow and shaping the future. Accreditation contributes to improving standards and increasing trustworthiness in many areas, establishing a safe and quality environment for everyone. This process helps improve the performance of businesses and organizations and ensures the quality of products and services for consumers.
Importance of Accreditation
Accreditation determines the technical competency, integrity and impartiality of organizations providing conformity assessment services such as testing, calibration, certification and inspection, based on international standards. This process is in the interest and benefit of the public. Over the years, the role of accreditation has grown and has become a very important instrument in international legislation for creating a market with safe products and services. Accreditation also facilitates the export of products and services, having a vital impact on the economy.
