The STGD is responsible for the accurate, consistent, and timely evaluation and processing of licenses for the proposed export, import, transit, transshipment, and extra-territorial re-export and re-transfer of strategic goods and the provision of related services such as brokering, transportation, and technical assistance. The STGD objective is to protect Kosovo’s national security, foreign policy, and economic interests without hindering legitimate international trade.
