Teuta Luboteni

She has completed her studies at the University of Prishtina, Technical Faculty where she became an Electro-technical engineer. Mrs. Teuta is the first Kosovo’s Metrolog, she has an experience of 26 years at the Institute for Legal Metrology of Kosovo, located in Prizren.

She is specialized in Iskra, Slovenia, on ''Assessment and calibration of electricity meters''.
