The Central Inspectorate of Market Supervision (CIMS) is continuing the action of inspections of dairy products throughout the territory of the Republic of Kosovo. Today, markets were inspected in the regions of Prizren, Ferizaj, Vushtrri and Gjilan.
As part of these inspections yesterday (11 August 2026), products that have been banned for sale by the Food and Veterinary Agency (FVA) were still found on the market.
Specifically, these products were withdrawn from the shelves of the inspected markets:
* Milk 3.2% VIDAS – 1 L
* Holla Cooking Cream – 1 L
* Garden Milk – 1 L
* Pepper with VIDAS cream – 1 kg
* Magic Cream – 400 g
* Schmand 18% – 800 g
* 100% white cheese – 250 g
CIMS inspectors have ordered economic operators to immediately withdraw these products from the shelves, in accordance with the legislation in force.
CIMS calls on all economic operators to implement the orders to withdraw these products from the market without delay, respecting the decisions of the competent authorities and the legislation in force.
CIMS also calls on all consumers, if they encounter any of the above-mentioned products on the market, prohibited for sale by the FVA, to report the case via Viber at +383 (0) 46 311-000.
