The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade and Innovation announces that as of 1 November 2026, detailed inspections of all online businesses and postal companies carrying out transportation will begin.
During the verification process, the registration certificate issued by the Business Registration Agency and the fiscal number issued by the Tax Administration of Kosovo will be required.
If violations are identified, fines and other measures will be imposed, in accordance with the Law on Business Organizations, the Law on Consumer Protection, the Law on Inspections and the Law on the Central Inspectorate for Market Supervision.
The deadline for registration is 31 October 2026.
