The project "Assistance for Implementing the Stabilization and Association Agreement, the EU Services Directive" is funded by EU, and aims to support the Government of Kosovo in the full implementation of the Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA), in accordance with the measures set out in The National Program for the Implementation of the Stabilization and Association Agreement (NPISAA) and the EC's findings included in the Kosovo Report.
The overall objective of the project is to “facilitate the approximation to the EU by supporting alignment and implementation of Kosovar legislation with EU acquies in field of services”. To achieve this goal, the purpose of the project is to "increase the capacities of the Ministry of Trade and Industry to effectively transpose and implement the EU Services Directive in the domestic market in Kosovo".

Project ends in December 2017.
