The Quality Infrastructure in the Western Balkans project is run by CEN, financed by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA).
Objective
The overall objective of the project is to achieve enhanced economic integration with the EU/EFTA and development of market economy.
The project purpose in the harmonized area is the full implementation of EU product legislation for construction products and electrical/electronic equipment; and in the non-harmonized area that beneficiaries are prepared to complete their action plans and relevant institutions are aware of the relevance of the Mutual Recognition Regulation.
